JOHN AND JEANETTE SCHWARTZ

John (full-time staff) and Jeanette (part-time staff) Schwartz have been ministering in Manhattan with Ichthus since 1996. They have been married 32 years and have five children aged 28 to 14. Since the Ichthus “reboot” in 2019, John is delighted to be re-focused on student ministry — praying, coaching, teaching, cheering. Jeanette, an occupational therapist to children and devoted mom, ministers to young women as well as advising John in crisis or trauma situations.

RILEY, CHLOE, AND MILLER GRIGGS

Riley Griggs joined Ichthus staff full-time in 2025 after returning from three years in North Africa with his wife, Chloe. They are celebrating five years of marriage, and welcomed their first child, Miller, shortly after returning to Manhattan. They are both K-State graduates and Ichthus alums. Riley is passionate about equipping and coaching students as they learn to cultivate deep relationship with God, apprentice their lives to Jesus, and live as everyday missionary disciple-makers.
